Programme Director
Asim is an accomplished IT Project and Programme director, known for his exceptional ability to deliver successful projects and revitalise struggling teams. His expertise lies in seamlessly blending project delivery with operational efficiency, making him a sought-after professional in the IT industry. Asim's career began 25 years ago with a strong foundation in IT, where he quickly developed a keen understanding of the complexities of technology delivery and support of critical business systems. Business Analyst & People Experience Manager
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, I have the privilege of working at both K-Tech and Singlewave. My passion for technology and computer science began at a young age and has been a driving force throughout my career. After starting as a developer, I discovered my true calling in requirements analysis, where I've found fulfilment in transforming abstract ideas into tangible models. My experience as an analyst interacting with stakeholders has also honed my interpersonal skills, allowing me to take on a dual People Manager role.
Sonia Williams
Service Delivery Manager
An experienced and dedicated delivery and project manager, Sonia has a reputation for excellence in delivery. Through her expertise in planning resources, running sprints, and organising communications she ensures results across all projects, keeping everyone on track for success. Sonia is also experienced in Azure DevOps including backlog management. She monitors all planned activity progress and looks after team knowledge management, transfer and handover.
